First tenant in the permises!
We welcome Järva gymnasium to its newly refurbished and modern premises on Campus Tensta.
Nils Styf, CEO at Hemsö– Access to a good education and dedicated adults can make all the difference for young people’s confidence in the future and life choices. For Hemsö, it is important to have long-term partners who contribute both with new school places and to the development of Tensta.
Järva gymnasium offers theoretical programmes in science, technology, economics and society. The school is run by the non-profit organisation Roya Foundation. The Foundation already runs Järvaskolan, a secondary school in Kista.
Tensta gymnasium was built in 1984 and designed by architect Gösta Uddén. The blue-listed property is a blend of modernism and traditional Asian architecture. Since acquiring the property, Hemsö has carried out extensive and careful renovation to create premises in top condition. We now hope that students and staff will enjoy their stay.
