Fast facts

Tensta gymnasium and Tensta Träff were opened in 1984. The property, now called Campus Tensta, covers 21,000 square metres divided into two buildings. The educational building has a beautiful courtyard, Pilparken, and a winter garden. Hemsö acquired the property in November 2021 and took possession on 1 April 2022. The first tenant moved in 2024. Renovation of the education building was completed in early 2025. The renovation of Tensta Träff started in March 2025 and is expected to last until October 2025.

  • History

    Tensta Upper-Secondary School opened its doors for the first time in 1984. One of Stockholm’s best upper-secondary schools opened in magnificent, Japanese-inspired buildings, while Tensta Träff became the new meeting place for Tensta residents. The buildings were designed by Gösta Uddén.
